Some answers to frequently asked questions
that you might have about bus rental with a driver.

Send a price request through the contact form on the Services page or send an email to us at the address buss@vilandert.ee with the following information:

  • Travel dates and times.
  • Number of passengers.
  • Place of departure and destination.
  • Your contacts (name, phone number, email address).
  • If necessary, indicate additional information (transportation of employees, traveling with children, wedding trip, etc.).

We will answer you as soon as possible.

Yes, you can order a bus by phone.

We offer comfortable minibuses with 16-19 seats.

The tourist class buses have 30-52 seats.

The minibus has a small luggage compartment and hat racks, i.e. there is room for hand luggage. When traveling with larger luggage (suitcases, ski equipment, etc.), we can offer a trailer for the luggage.

Drinking and eating are not allowed on the bus but we can always make a stop if necessary.

We can always make stops if necessary. Please take into account that the stops on the road make the journey longer.

We ask all passengers to follow the rules below for the best experience for themselves and fellow passengers.

During the ride it is not allowed to:

  • Ride on the bus in dirty clothes, smoke or disturb fellow passengers.
  • Open or close windows and hatches without the bus driver’s permission.
  • Prevent doors from opening and closing, limit the bus driver’s field of vision.
  • Dirstract the driver.
  • Break, litter, and smear the bus and its interior.
  • Endanger fellow passengers, stay on the bus on roller skates, skateboard, etc.
  • Ride on the bus while intoxicated, if it involves behavior that disturbs the bus driver or fellow passengers.
  • To consume alcohol or smoke on the bus (including in the toilet of the bus).
  • Stand up while driving, except if there are standing places.

The client has the right to cancel the rental order by notifying OÜ Vilandert in writing at least 5 (five) days before the requested service date. In the event that the customer violates the cancellation deadline, OÜ Vilandert has the right to demand payment of damages from the customer:

  • 25% of the fixed value of the order without VAT, if the order is canceled 5, 4, or 3 days before the planned trip.
  • 50% of the fixed value of the order without VAT, if the order is canceled 2 days before the planned trip.
  • 100% of the fixed value of the order without VAT, if the order is canceled 1 day before the planned trip or on the day of the trip.
